Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term R&D with market evolution
- Author white papers on the societal impacts of quantum-AI convergence
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford collaborators
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Build a global network of futurists, ethicists, and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Advanced Technology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with proven impact on tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AGI development, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Published work in MIT Technology Review or equivalent tier
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend prediction accuracy
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation projects
