Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption preparedness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Author quarterly trend reports for executive board and investor relations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advose on M&A opportunities aligned with future market landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
