Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology/societal trend maps using predictive modeling tools
- Design scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making processes
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive innovations in emerging markets
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on future-of-work transformations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester methodologies)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (articles/whitepapers)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, RAND)
