Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging trends
- Advise executive team on long-term R&D investments and pivot opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author in futurism or technology forecasting (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Experience leading cross-continental remote teams with diverse cultural perspectives
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
