Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing and innovation adoption
- Produce actionable reports and recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation initiatives across R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Present future outlooks to investors, partners, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (required)
