Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Create detailed innovation roadmaps with measurable milestones and KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate technology development cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Track record of successfully implementing long-term innovation strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
