Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic plan for 2026, including market analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align long-term goals with current initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, societal shifts, and competitive landscapes.
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members, providing actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and measure their impact on organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term strategies in a technology-driven industry.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their potential impact on business and society.
