Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technology, economic, and social trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, bio-integration, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech labs
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization capabilities for complex data
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario modeling)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ trend analysis projects
