Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, quantum computing) and translate them into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ business and societal transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce trend intelligence reports and horizon-scanning briefs for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry verticals
- Design innovation roadmaps incorporating ethical, sustainable, and inclusive principles
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global market environments
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
