Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and consumer behavior to identify 2026 opportunities and threats
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models using advanced forecasting methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce annual '2026 Impact Reports' for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and maintain proprietary future intelligence dashboard systems
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
