- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive forces (AI, quantum, bio-convergence) affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with future consumer behavior and regulatory environments
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and prioritize 2026-enabling technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists on future-mapping methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal analysis
- Deep knowledge of 2026-enabling technologies (AGI, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
