Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record in translating futuristic concepts to market-ready products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced designation preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in high-growth environments
