Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework identifying disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and space commercialization
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using advanced data analytics and machine learning
- Present visionary insights to board members and external stakeholders at global forums
- Mentor a team of futurists while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and speculative rigor
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related quantitative social sciences
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 or scale-up organizations
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and quantitative trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, and space economics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
