- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, policy, and sustainability teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational departments
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative futures research methodologies
- Knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
