Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning across technology, market, and sociopolitical domains
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of industry futurists and thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience facilitating workshops with C-level executives
- Published work in foresight or innovation thought leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or research
