As a key member of our Innovation Directorate, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to identify paradigm shifts, anticipate market disruptions, and develop actionable roadmaps for sustainable growth. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and organizational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) and their convergence impacts on business models
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and business opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Advise on R&D priorities and innovation pipeline development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
