Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for 2026 market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for long-term opportunity assessment
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and foresight methodologies
