Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and thought leaders across academia and industry
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Advise product development teams on long-term tech integration and market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision projects with measurable impact
