Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends across AI, biotech, climate, and geopolitics to identify 2026 inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state briefings for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts across emerging technology sectors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate innovation processes
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing long-term corporate strategy frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with Delphi methods and systemic modeling approaches
