Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Build scenario models for geopolitical, technological, and societal impacts on business operations
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly foresight reports translating complex signals into actionable business insights
- Drive innovation initiatives aligned with long-term market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
