Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends impacting industries by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core operations
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future market disruptions and competitive positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026+ industry transformations
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for future-focused ventures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
