Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and consumer behavior to forecast 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Build and maintain expert networks across innovation hubs globally
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive analytics and simulation tools
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategic positioning and innovation investments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven track record translating complex futures into business strategies
- Mastery of analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Palantir)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
