Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform long-term business planning
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Translate foresight insights into prioritized strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business models
- Champion innovation culture through internal futurist training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
