Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026+ by synthesizing technological, societal, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop scenario-planning models to prepare for black-swan events and paradigm shifts
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and governance
- Curate and interpret global foresight data from 100+ emerging tech labs and research institutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) preferred
