Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision Framework using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional Future Scenarios Labs with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Develop proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms using machine learning and behavioral data
- Present strategic foresight to executive board and investor committees with data-backed narratives
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental 2026-pivot technologies
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary 'Future-Proof' methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or Technology Forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing 3+ multi-year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neuro-ergonomics
- Published author or keynote speaker on 2026+ technological disruption
- Proficiency in Python, R, and predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or WFS) preferred
