Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future impact analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate and lead the annual Global 2026 Innovation Summit
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-gen foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published research on technology adoption curves or exponential tech impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven experience scaling innovations from concept to market
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, AI-driven trend mapping)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
