Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-availability infrastructure architectures that bridge current AI capabilities and future quantum computing requirements.
- Quantum-Ready Migration: Lead the strategic transition of legacy monolithic systems to distributed, quantum-resistant architectures.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core operational workflows and product features.
- Cloud Optimization: Manage and optimize cloud resources (AWS/GCP) to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security compliance.
- Tech Stack Evangelism: Mentor engineering teams on emerging technologies and best practices for 2026 readiness.
- Crisis Management: Lead infrastructure emergency response and disaster recovery initiatives to ensure 99.999% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and infrastructure architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, and Kubernetes. Experience with Cloud Foundry or similar container orchestration platforms.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Understanding of quantum computing basics, edge computing, and neural network hardware acceleration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent.
