- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present visionary concepts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior talent in future-proof technology strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling global teams across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
