Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and validate emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate disruptions and competitive threats
- Design and pilot scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to the C-suite and Board of Directors
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in tech-driven industries
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, AI/ML applications, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup) preferred
