- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors across climate tech, bioengineering, and space industries
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market adoption curves
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and external stakeholders
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with proven 5-year horizon impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Track record of launching products/services that defined market segments
- Advanced degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
