- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital networks
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Mentor innovation lab teams in agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes in emerging sectors
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals
