- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision to prepare our core platforms for the technological shifts expected in 2026, including autonomous systems and hyper-personalization.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures that can evolve without significant rewrites.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and Edge Computing to drive product differentiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams focused on forward-thinking problem solving.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or innovation-focused role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
