Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum convergence solutions
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant applications
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynotes and whitepapers
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging tech paradigms
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026+ innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in C-suite leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation models
- Successful $10M+ R&D budget management experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Active US security clearance (or ability to obtain)
