- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $10M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
