Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological and market shifts beyond 2025
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members, securing executive buy-in
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategy roles with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching at least one industry-defining product or platform
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect technological capabilities to market needs
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable ROI
