Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable tech ecosystems

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or AI initiatives to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing multi-year R&D pipelines
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in emerging tech stack (quantum algorithms, neural architecture search)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two market-disrupting innovations
