Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Climate Science with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ commercial impact
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks and zero-carbon data center architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations in emerging tech domains
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal innovation projects
