Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch minimum viable innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation across projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility background
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of past innovation initiatives with measurable impact
