Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products in AI/quantum/sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or equivalent
