Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, specifically regarding future technology trends.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, TypeScript) and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
