- Develop KPI frameworks to track progress against strategic milestones
- Present strategic plans to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in C-suite/VP-level leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Experience scaling organizations from startup to enterprise level
- Strong financial acumen and budget management ($50M+ scale)
- Advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
