Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying emerging tech trends and disruptive forces
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 3-5 year horizon impacts on industry verticals
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on market evolution, risk assessment, and opportunity identification
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture change through future-readiness workshops and training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Certification in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or strategic foresight
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed corporate environments
