Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning initiatives identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with future market demands
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 or recognized innovation labs
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Expertise in trend analysis across at least three of these domains: AI ethics, sustainable tech, neurotech, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at events like TED, World Economic Forum, or CES
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methodology)
