Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author quarterly trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and innovation scouts
- Translate complex future scenarios into concrete business opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning tools
