Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy and technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable system architectures that leverage cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability standards are met across all global deployments.
- Oversee technical debt reduction and modernization initiatives for legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading technical roadmaps for major product releases (ideally with a focus on 2026 strategic planning).
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
