Responsibilities

- Lead the integration of quantum-ready infrastructure and advanced AI workflows into our core systems.
- Define and maintain technical standards, coding conventions, and architectural guidelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee system performance, security, and reliability across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, backend engineering, or software development.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Experience with high-scale data processing and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Java).
- Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment pipelines and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
