Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption timelines
- Represent the organization at global tech forums and establish thought leadership in future technology spaces
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing innovation frameworks and agile development methodologies
- Drive sustainability integration strategies for next-generation tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and disruption analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences and investor forums
- Portfolio of published research or thought leadership in future technology trends
