Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI ethics frameworks
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-gen user experiences
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products or services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, decentralized AI, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
