As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll lead cross-disciplinary initiatives to identify emerging tech paradigms and translate them into actionable roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design prototype systems integrating quantum computing and neural network architectures
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation projects
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier tech journals
- Mentor a team of 8 PhD-level researchers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (2+ exits or patents)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption strategies
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certified in emerging tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethical Alignment)
