Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready technology prototypes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with 2+ year impact windows
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen AI and quantum integration systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Collaborate with academic institutions on cutting-edge research initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030-precedent challenges
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI/quantum systems
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing $1M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
